Return & Refund Policy
All sales are final, we do not offer refunds or accept returns. However, should there be any issue please contact us.
 

Shipping Info

Items are hand-packed and most are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Some may be shipped via UPS depending on size/weight. If your package arrives to you with it's contents damaged, please take a photo and contact us immediately. We MUST be contacted within 3 days of your package arriving damaged for you to be refunded and a replacement shipped back out to you and we MUST have a photo of the damage. This is due to USPS and UPS requirements.

Local Delivery

If you so choose "Local Delivery" at checkout, then you agree that your order will be delivered on the following Monday or Friday evening of that same week. 

Example: If you placed your order on a Saturday, your order will be delivered on that following Monday evening. We usually deliver between 4-7pm on these delivery days. On some occasions, due to unforeseen events, you may receive your order later than on the following designated deliver day not to exceed one week from your order date. 

You will receive an email once your order has been delivered. Once left, your package is no longer our responsibility. Please arrange to have your package brought inside in a timely manner so that the Georgia heat does not ravage it. If you require a specific day/time for us to deliver, please contact us and we'd be happy to accommodate.
